This website (the "Service") is operated by the owner of this website ("unixpected"), based in the Philippines ("we", "us"). Contact: .
2. Agreement and eligibility
By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to upload files.
3. What the Service does
You can upload a file up to the size limit shown on the upload page (200MB unless we change it) and receive a download link. The download link stops working 60 minutes after upload, and the file is deleted automatically shortly after that (the cleanup runs every few minutes). Deleted files cannot be recovered. We do not guarantee exact timing or availability.
4. What you may not upload or share
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation material, or any sexual content involving minors. If we become aware of it, we will remove it and report it as the law requires.
- Content that is illegal in the Philippines or in your country.
- Malware, viruses, ransomware, phishing pages, or anything meant to harm devices or steal data.
- Content you do not have the right to share, including pirated or copyrighted material.
- Non-consensual intimate images, or other people's private or personal information shared without consent.
- Content that harasses, threatens, defrauds, or incites violence against others.
- Anything that abuses or overloads the Service, including automated or scripted uploads without our permission.
5. Your responsibility
We only provide a tool for people to send files to each other. We do not review, select, or control what users upload, and we are not the author or publisher of user files. Each user is solely responsible for their own uploads and for how they use links and files from others.
You are solely responsible for the files you upload and the links you share. You confirm that you have all rights needed to upload and share the content. Anyone who has your link can download the file until it expires.
6. How the Service works with your files, and what we can and cannot do
The Service has no accounts. We do not see, open, or monitor the contents of uploaded files. We do keep a private activity log (for example IP address, time, and file name and size) to investigate abuse, as described in the Privacy Policy, and we may delete a file or comment at any time. Files are removed automatically after 60 minutes.
If someone sends us a report that includes the full download link, we may delete that file if it still exists. We can only act on files we are given the link for. We may also stop or limit use of the Service, or delete files, at any time and without notice. We may cooperate with authorities and disclose information we actually have when the law requires it.
7. Reporting abuse, and copyright notices
To report a file, use the report form or email with the download link. Please include the full download link, because without it we cannot find the file. We aim to review valid reports promptly. Because files last only 60 minutes, a reported file may already be gone.
Copyright holders: to request removal of infringing material, send us: (a) your name and contact details; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the download link of the allegedly infringing file; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. If the file still exists, we will delete it. Because we cannot identify uploaders, we cannot take action against individual users.
8. Advertising
The Service may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for advertisers' content or practices. See the Privacy Policy for how ads may use cookies.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that files will be delivered or remain available. Do not use the Service as your only copy of anything important. Files uploaded by others may be harmful; download files from unknown senders at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, files, profits, or reputation, arising from your use of the Service or from content uploaded by others. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your uploads or your breach of these Terms or the law.
12. Changes and termination
We may change these Terms or the Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use means you accept them. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access, at any time.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Philippines, except where local consumer laws give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
